MediYoga as a method - MOSI - is a quality-assured and standardized intervention that has been developed through research in Sweden since 1998. The method is effective, patient-safe, and cost-effective and is implemented in the Swedish healthcare system.
This evidence-based intervention can reduce stress, reduce worry and anxiety, reduce pain, lower blood pressure, increase the quality of life and increase sleep quality.
The app is best used under the supervision of a certified MOSI-instructor.
